But if a company site’s is a hassle to get into and find via a cumbersome backend portal, then so will the friction to actually use the site. Luckily the hotel reviewed in this page does a clean and clear deployment of the access page to help remove any resistance for users to login to their profile online.

They cover both main points perfectly, such as:

  1. Like with many gateways, to enter, one would have to use their your own login credentials, which is something that is provided by the employer. If you forgot your password, you can either reset it using a link or ask for help from a personnel manager. Simple and clear.
  2. Depending on the company and if it was designed as a single point of entry, it should allow access to any and all department users. Such as from Canada, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, and other international countries where the company has a presence in. This allows all associates, team members, franchisees, vendors, consultants, or Contractors, a one stop shop when needing company support and training. Again, well done.

It’s not new knowledge that employees and franchisees, in every service industry, can benefit from continuing education. While the hospitality industry has typically always employed an old-fashioned approach to human resource management, they think it’s time to make a change.
